EXTRUSION : We have 5 extrusion tape lines , with a combined capacity of 3200 KGS per hour.
CIRCULAR LOOMS : We have 117 circular looms We have circular looms from 6 shuttle to 10-shuttle looms where we can produce 50 cms – 240 cms tubular fabric. We produce 250,000 meters of fabrics per day.
SULZER LOOM : 34 FLAT LOOMS. We produce Flat Fabric, Ventilated (Lock and Unlock), Leno, and Heavy Weight Fabrics, Type C & Type D ranging from 50 cms to 500 cms flat fabric. We produce 22,000 meters per day.
WEBBING : We can produce 1.5 cms to 10 cms width. We produce 3,50,000 meters of webbing/day.
LAMINATION : We have 5 lamination plant which can Laminate from 1 meter to 4 meters and thickness based on requirement. We laminate 90,000 meters per day.
4-COLOR PRINTING : We have a flexo-graphic printing facility where we can printing up-to 4 colors on all four sides of the bag. We can also provide BOPP printing on FIBCs as per customer requirement.
LINER PLANT : We produce 35,000 meters of liners per day.
LINER CUTTING : 100000 form-fit liners per month. We also produce Baffle liners, square bottom, conical and special liners.
FILLER CORD MACHINE : Dust Proof cord made of crimp yarn 20000 meters per day.
NET BAFFALE : Fabric made of thread for net baffles.
MULTIFILAMENT PLANT : We have 1 multifilament plant capacity from 650 Denier to 4000 Denier.
BELT CUTTING : We have 8 automatic Belt cutting machines.
FABRIC CUTTING : We have 18 various types of fabric cutting like heat cutting, cold cutting, heat seal cutting, and ultrasonic cutting.
METAL DETECTOR : Metal detector with a range from 2mm and above.
AIR BLOWING : 4 air wash lines.
BAG FINISHING : 26 lines which includes both non-food & food grade.
LOAD TESTING : 2 RIG Testing Machines.
UV TESTING : 2 UV Weathrometer.
BALE PRESS MACHINE : Bale pressing for both bales & pallets sizes 95X105, 100X100, 115X105.
